What if our practice does not have a website?

That's perfectly OK. We will provide your practice with a custom web portal if you don't currently have one. You'll have the ability to upload all your patient forms and frequently asked questions.

What is a Patient Payment Portal?

Our patient payment portal should not be confused with a patient portal. Our patient payment portal deals strictly with the patient portion of their bill. Patients can go directly to your web page and click on a tab — "pay your bill online." Patients can pay you from the convenience of their computer using all major credit/debit cards or a virtual check. Payments deposit directly into your existing checking account — no need to change banks.

What types of cards can I accept?

We process all major credit cards including Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diners Club®, JCB, Debit/ATM cards, and private label cards — both PIN debit and signature debit transactions.

Can I accept payments through multiple channels?

Yes. CardChoice supports retail (in-person), MO/TO (mail order/telephone order), e-commerce, and mobile payment environments — all integrated and reportable from one merchant account.

How long does merchant account approval take?

We pride ourselves on quick merchant account approvals. Most applicants are approved within a few business days. Contact us for a quote and we'll walk you through what's required.
